Welcome to WoMiner.com ("WOMINER", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing, purchasing, or using our GPU compute services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or activate a contract.
GPU Compute Contract: A time-limited agreement for a managed compute service allocation under the price, duration, and earnings terms displayed at purchase.
Compute Allocation: Generic GPU compute service capacity intended for supported artificial intelligence workloads. It does not represent a specific GPU model, equipment count, performance figure, or infrastructure location unless expressly documented in writing.
Client / User: Any person or entity purchasing or accessing WoMiner services.
Platform: The website WoMiner.com and related portals, dashboards, or systems.
Enterprise AI Workload: A model training, inference, or data processing workload submitted or arranged by an eligible enterprise client.
Earnings: Amounts credited under the published financial terms of an active contract.
To use WoMiner services, you must:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any user.
WOMINER offers GPU compute contracts designed to serve enterprise AI workloads, including model training, inference, and data processing.
Each package displays its price, setup or connection fee where applicable, activation status, contract duration, fixed daily earnings, daily income, and capital recovery period.
The contract provides a managed service allocation. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise:
Public workload descriptions are general. Enterprise clients are responsible for confirming software compatibility, data requirements, security controls, and regulatory obligations before using a compute service.
The terms for any separately identified long-term digital contract are shown on its offer and purchase agreement.
WOMINER coordinates managed compute services, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network faults, third-party service issues, security events, capacity constraints, or force majeure. Any service credit or remedy must be stated in the applicable written contract.
The platform does not promise an uptime percentage or performance level unless that commitment appears in a written agreement.
Users and enterprise clients must:
WOMINER may reject or suspend a workload that presents a legal, security, safety, or operational risk.
Users are responsible for:
WOMINER is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence, compromised credentials, or an incorrect address supplied by the user.
Compute contracts cannot be resold, transferred, assigned, or sub-licensed without written approval from WOMINER.
Users are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their organization, workloads, payments, taxes, data, and use of AI systems. WOMINER does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
WOMINER may suspend or terminate access if:
Outstanding obligations remain due after suspension or termination.
WOMINER is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, widespread network outages, labor disruption, public-health emergencies, or failures of critical third-party services.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WOMINER is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of data, business, opportunity, or anticipated savings; workload incompatibility; or interruption caused by third parties or events outside its reasonable control.
Maximum aggregate liability for an active contract is limited to the amount paid by the user for that contract, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
WOMINER may update these Terms or the platform. Material changes will be posted on WoMiner.com. Changes do not alter the price, fixed daily earnings, or duration of an already activated contract unless required by law or agreed in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Courts unless otherwise agreed.
