Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: December 22, 2028

Website: WoMiner.com

Company: WoMiner Cloud Computing Services LLC (UAE)

Welcome to WoMiner.com ("WOMINER", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing, purchasing, or using our GPU compute services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or activate a contract.

1. Definitions

GPU Compute Contract: A time-limited agreement for a managed compute service allocation under the price, duration, and earnings terms displayed at purchase.

Compute Allocation: Generic GPU compute service capacity intended for supported artificial intelligence workloads. It does not represent a specific GPU model, equipment count, performance figure, or infrastructure location unless expressly documented in writing.

Client / User: Any person or entity purchasing or accessing WoMiner services.

Platform: The website WoMiner.com and related portals, dashboards, or systems.

Enterprise AI Workload: A model training, inference, or data processing workload submitted or arranged by an eligible enterprise client.

Earnings: Amounts credited under the published financial terms of an active contract.

2. Eligibility

To use WoMiner services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Not use the platform for illegal activities
  • Have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organization
  • Comply with applicable sanctions, export-control, data, tax, and technology laws

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user.

3. Service Description

WOMINER offers GPU compute contracts designed to serve enterprise AI workloads, including model training, inference, and data processing.

3.1 Contract Packages

Each package displays its price, setup or connection fee where applicable, activation status, contract duration, fixed daily earnings, daily income, and capital recovery period.

3.2 Compute Service Allocation

The contract provides a managed service allocation. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise:

  • No particular GPU model or technical specification is promised
  • No equipment quantity, power rating, performance figure, or location is promised
  • No ownership interest in specific equipment is transferred
  • No named enterprise customer engagement or named workload is guaranteed

3.3 Workload Suitability

Public workload descriptions are general. Enterprise clients are responsible for confirming software compatibility, data requirements, security controls, and regulatory obligations before using a compute service.

4. Package Economics

  • Package prices remain as displayed at purchase.
  • Contract durations remain as displayed at purchase.
  • Standard packages earn a fixed 2.5% of the package value per day.
  • At that rate, 100% of package capital is recovered in 40 days.
  • Earnings continue for the remainder of the published contract duration.
  • Any separately displayed setup or connection fee remains part of the total amount due but does not change the listed package price.

The terms for any separately identified long-term digital contract are shown on its offer and purchase agreement.

5. Payments

  • USDT (TRON / TRC-20) — 0% processor fee, credited instantly.
  • Users must send the correct amount to the displayed address using the TRON / TRC-20 network.
  • USDT transfers are irreversible. WOMINER is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or through an unsupported network.
  • Taxes, duties, and applicable network fees are the responsibility of the client.

6. Earnings & Withdrawals

  • Earnings are credited to the user's WOMINER account balance daily.
  • Withdrawal requests are available daily to a registered USDT TRC-20 address.
  • Days 0–39: 25% early-exit fee.
  • Days 40–59: 15% fee.
  • Day 60+: fee-free (only approximately 1 USDT network fee).
  • Users must verify every withdrawal address. WOMINER is not responsible for an incorrect address supplied by the user.

7. Activation, Duration & Cancellation

  • A contract begins when it is activated.
  • The package's published duration applies to the full service term.
  • Activated contracts cannot be cancelled early unless the package or a written agreement expressly allows it.
  • Payments are non-refundable after activation, subject only to the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
  • Pre-booked packages begin on the activation date shown in the portal or communicated in writing.

8. Service Availability

WOMINER coordinates managed compute services, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network faults, third-party service issues, security events, capacity constraints, or force majeure. Any service credit or remedy must be stated in the applicable written contract.

The platform does not promise an uptime percentage or performance level unless that commitment appears in a written agreement.

9. User Workloads & Data

Users and enterprise clients must:

  • Hold all rights needed to use submitted software, models, and data
  • Avoid unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive workloads
  • Protect credentials, secrets, personal data, and regulated information
  • Follow documented security and technical requirements
  • Back up important data and outputs

WOMINER may reject or suspend a workload that presents a legal, security, safety, or operational risk.

10. Account Security

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • Providing accurate account and verification information
  • Reviewing account activity and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly
  • Maintaining control of registered email and USDT addresses

WOMINER is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence, compromised credentials, or an incorrect address supplied by the user.

11. Referrals

  • Registration may require a valid referral code.
  • Eligible referral rewards follow the rules displayed in the user's account.
  • Referral links and codes must not be used for spam, deception, impersonation, or self-referral abuse.
  • WOMINER may withhold or reverse rewards connected to fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or a violation of these Terms.

12. Transfers & Resale

Compute contracts cannot be resold, transferred, assigned, or sub-licensed without written approval from WOMINER.

13. Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their organization, workloads, payments, taxes, data, and use of AI systems. WOMINER does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

14. Suspension & Termination

WOMINER may suspend or terminate access if:

  • The user violates these Terms
  • Payment fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected
  • A workload creates a legal, security, safety, or operational risk
  • Required verification is not completed
  • Continued service is prohibited or impracticable under applicable law

Outstanding obligations remain due after suspension or termination.

15. Force Majeure

WOMINER is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, widespread network outages, labor disruption, public-health emergencies, or failures of critical third-party services.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WOMINER is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of data, business, opportunity, or anticipated savings; workload incompatibility; or interruption caused by third parties or events outside its reasonable control.

Maximum aggregate liability for an active contract is limited to the amount paid by the user for that contract, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

17. Changes to Services or Terms

WOMINER may update these Terms or the platform. Material changes will be posted on WoMiner.com. Changes do not alter the price, fixed daily earnings, or duration of an already activated contract unless required by law or agreed in writing.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Courts unless otherwise agreed.
