Effective Date: December 22, 2028

Due to the nature of managed GPU compute services, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once a compute contract is activated.

1. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Activated GPU compute contracts
  • Activated digital compute packages
  • Setup, connection, or activation fees
  • Service already delivered
  • Completed earning or withdrawal transactions

2. Refund Exceptions (Rare & Conditional)

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Payment was duplicated
  • The contract failed to activate within the specified activation window
  • There was a verified technical error on our side

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of WoMiner management.

This section does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. USDT TRC-20 Payments

USDT (TRON / TRC-20) transfers are irreversible. Users must verify the amount, address, and network before sending.

If a user sends an incorrect amount, uses an unsupported network, or sends to the wrong address, WOMINER is not responsible for recovery.
